One of my biggest regrets is going home during the holidays and not being present with my family — not because I didn't want to but because I literally felt like I couldn't.

they cap themselves out of work wise and then the thought of taking on more clients or students is actually a bit daunting because their workload already feels maxed
and they’ve lost spark a bit because they find their eyes drying up at Gmail or Kajabi
